Thank you for your interest in registering your child for Good News Club. Good News clubs are open to all children in elementary schools, regardless of their religious background. Parents are welcome to attend. The United States Constitution requires schools to respect the right of all external organizations to distribute flyers to students at school if the school permits any such organization to distribute flyers. Accordingly, the school cannot discriminate among groups wishing to distribute flyers at school and does not endorse the content of any flyer distributed at school. The school encourages parents to assist their children in making choices appropriate for them. This is not an activity of the school or the school district. Child Evangelism Fellowship is a non-denominational organization that has been established for 70 yrs.
Please fill out only one form per family.
CEF of F-M does not sell your information to anyone else. Information provided will be used to provide you information regarding Good News Club such as when club is happening, if club is cancelled, announcements and handouts provided in Good News Club, etc.

Child Evangelism Fellowship® may, from time to time, document the activities of the ministry with photos or videos. Can CEF of ND may use comments/images/videos of named camper(s) in Child Evangelism Fellowship of ND online and print promotional material?
