Event Specifics

Chili must be made from scratch.

A 22 quart roaster of chili is required.

A representative from the church is requested to serve the chili.

Drop off chili on Thursday, February 13 from 1-4 pm at Hope Lutheran South church.

To help alleviate the cost, hamburger has been donated to us. Contact Shari at 701-318-0458 or shari@ceffm.org to receive up to three pounds of ground beef.

Please cook your chili before you arrive. There is a limited amount of power. During the event, roasters need to be on low.

Here is the schedule on Thursday, February 13th at Hope Lutheran South (3636 25th St S Fargo, ND 58104)

1-4 pm - drop off chili

4 pm - volunteers and chili servers arrive

5 pm - doors open to public

6 pm - judging begins

7:30 - clean up
